Business Development Manager
Seamus is responsible for developing new business across our chosen area of expertise and will be the initial principal point of contact for all our existing and potential new clients
With a wealth of engineering experience, Gerry is responsible for the quality systems within the company and is also a key driver in promoting Enterprise Excellence principles in the organisation.
Pat with 25+ years’ experience in the industry understands the client’s requirements and works carefully with the client and his expert team of engineers to develop products in line with expectation using modern manufacturing processes.
Pat is responsible for meeting the customer requirements from a delivery and quality point of view and developing the skills of his large production and customer service team to meet the demands of a fast moving contract manufacturing company.
Brian is the chief accounting officer and heads the accounting department. Brian is responsible for the company’s financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses.
Human Resource Manager
Lucy is responsible for all human resources activities including HR strategy development and implementation, recruitment of professional and classified employees, talent management/employee development, compensation and benefits, compliance and employee relations.
Lucy also jointly manages the Health & Safety at Keltech.
